We toured most of the rooms and they are all unique and beautiful. The exposed brick and natural light is what sold us at first. Our entire experience has been so smooth and the landlord is very responsive and easy to work with! I 100% recommend looking into these apartments!”

“Got to tour the apt complex while it was still under some construction. Every unit looked great and all featured modern amenities (great kitchens, nice bathrooms, etc). The area itself seems very quiet and a nice neighborhood to live in. A few co workers of mine even said the street this building is on is one of the nicest in the whole city. The building itself is about a block from downtown Lexington and only 2 from Rupp Arena (for any UK fans). Def recommend this place if you’re looking for an apartment near downtown Lexington!”
